There’s only 1

Some people are what I call 1 percenters, some aren’t. 99 people might walk by a homeless person on the street, 1 will help. 99 people might do just enough to get a job done, 1 will go above and beyond. 99 people might look at others and compare themselves, measure their worth against what others might think, 1 will disregard the comparison and do something unique and special. It’s the 1 percenters who change the world.

Here’s the issue: it’s not easy being a 1 percenter. They get ridiculed and questioned by others who would rather follow the status quo and do just enough. But it’s the 1 percenters who will be remembered.

You are a 1 percenter. Never forget, it’s more important to give it your all. No one admires someone for giving 99%. For “almost” getting there. 100% means you’re invested, you believe and you’re willing to put it all on the line to do the right thing. 1% will take you from good to great. God made you unique. He gave you the ability to give that extra 1%. He made you special through and through. Have a wonderful day today. Give that extra 1%. I’m very proud of you! Love dad
